Welcome to Sanidhya Tours & Travels ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our tour booking / fleet carriage services. By submitting an enquiry or booking a vehicle, you accept these terms in full.

1. Booking & Quotes

All rates provided through our online quotation forms or over communication channels are tentative and subject to fuel prices, route permits, and seasonal demand. A booking is only deemed confirmed once an advance deposit is cleared and you receive a formal booking voucher.

2. Driver Guidelines & Allowances

For safety reasons, our drivers are authorized to drive a maximum of 12 hours or 300 kilometers per calendar day. Night driving (between 10 PM and 6 AM) for outstations is only permitted under prior written agreement and incurs standard night driver allowances.

3. Limitations of Liability

While we keep our fleet in pristine condition, we are not liable for route delays, vehicle breakdowns due to mechanical failures, roadblocks, land-slides, or severe weather conditions. In the event of a breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement vehicle.
